2. In short

This site sets no cookies and uses no tracking or analytics tools. Fonts and images are loaded from this domain, not from third-party servers. I only process personal data when you visit the site (server log files) or contact me through the contact form, by email or by phone.

3. Hosting and server log files

When you visit the site, the web server processes technically necessary data: IP address, date and time, requested file, amount of data transferred, status code, and browser and operating system details. This is needed to deliver the site and run it securely. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in stable and secure operation). Log files are deleted after 6 months.

The hosting provider is ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich, owner René Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany. A data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR exists with the provider.

4. Contact form, email and phone

If you use the contact form, I process the details you enter: name, email address, topic, your message, and optionally phone number and details about time and place. The form sends them over an encrypted SMTP connection to my mailbox at the hosting provider. I do not store them on the web server. To prevent abuse, the server keeps a hash of your IP address for up to one hour, from which the address cannot be recovered, and uses it to count requests.

The same applies if you write to me directly or call me. I use your details to answer your request and prepare a shoot. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR where a contract or pre-contractual steps are concerned, otherwise Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. I delete the data once it is no longer needed and no statutory retention duties apply.

5. Fonts

The fonts Archivo and Instrument Sans are hosted on this server. No connection to Google or other providers is made when you visit the site.

6. External links

This site links to 360ok.de, my site for 360° tours. Data is only transferred to that site once you click the link. Its own privacy policy applies there.

7. Your rights

You have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and to object to processing based on Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (Art. 21). To exercise them, send an email to the address above.

8. Right to lodge a complaint

You can complain to a data protection supervisory authority. The authority responsible for me is the Bavarian State Office for Data Protection Supervision (Bayerisches Landesamt für Datenschutzaufsicht), Promenade 18, 91522 Ansbach, Germany, www.lda.bayern.de.

9. Status

As of November 2026. If the site changes, for example through analytics tools, I will update this policy.
